Microsoft’s Copilot will change Office forever

If you thought Microsoft’s new Bing Search was impressive, just wait until you see how they’re updating Microsoft Office!

Copilot will bring the generative AI revolution to your production tasks with clicks and prompts. Copilot is much more than simply the helpful AI chatbot that you can find in Office programs’ sidebars. When you highlight a whole paragraph in a Word document, it may display while you are still editing it, similar to how Word’s UI prompts emphasize your spelling problems. You can have Copilot create full documents for you or use it to rewrite your paragraphs with 10 ideas for fresh text that you can browse and freely alter.

Its flexibility distinguishes it from Microsoft simply slapping ChatGPT into an Office sidebar.

Copilot provides more than just a chatbot interface; you can also use it to control Office programs like PowerPoint and Excel.

Instead of digging through PowerPoint options, just ask Copilot if you’re gazing at a slide deck and wish every title was orange rather than blue.

You may use Copilot to help you comprehend the rows and columns of data in Excel by having it make a PivotTable, produce a graph, or both.
